Based on some information found through a Google Search query, it appears that the maximum segment limit is 20.000 (twenty thousand). This is the only information found about the segment limit and Nec-Win Plus+. Of all the websites that I've visited, this number appears on all of them. There was no explanation of why the number has been increased to 20.000.
